Put all the demofiles (.dm_26) in your GameData/base/demos folder. If you haven't got a demo folder, create one named demos.

Once you start up your game, go to the main menu, select Play, then Play Demo. Select the demo you'd like to watch. Alternatively you can play your demos with the /demo command, e.g. /demo demo0007.
