Anyone who wants to! Competitive Siege in Jedi Academy is open to all skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or a veteran player, there's always a place for you.
To play competitive Siege, you'll need to install Newmod, a client-side modification. This mod enhances your gaming experience with automatic map downloads, bug fixes, and performance improvements, ensuring smooth gameplay.
We host our own servers located in Europe and North America, which run a special custom mod. These servers are password-protected to ensure a private and secure gaming environment. You can request the password on our Discord. Server trackers are available on both the website and Discord, allowing you to check the current status of our Siege servers.
Start by joining a server as a spectator. Watching experienced players will help you understand the game mechanics and strategies. Feel free to ask questions in the in-game chat or on Discord – the community is always willing to help. Once you feel comfortable, jump into the game and start playing.
Pug games are typically coordinated on Discord. To start one, simply type in the #elysium-ny discord channel to let others know you’re available to play.
Currently, there is no official ranking system for competitive Siege. It's all about improving and enjoying the game together.
Just don’t be a jerk. Respect others, and don’t rage quit if you've already joined the game.
